Results and League Fisture List

At the Stag

Darren left both balls short on his opening break, Bill then opened with 630 followed by breaks of 450 and a very well constructed 670, all on table play, Darren could not keep any scores for 10 minutes, then couldn't get the break back, getting to one ball left a few times but Bill had done enough early on for the win.
Dan also left both balls short on his opening shot Dennis capitalised with a 2600 break then found a variety of ways of losing breaks of 1500 & 2500, Dan, still in the game made breaks of 1100 & 600 but came off as the bar dropped. Dennis 270 up played the last balls for the win.
Jeff kept 270, Dave left his opening break short, bit of table play neither player scoring much Dave good clearance but left break short again, Jeff picked the balls off for a 1000 lead. Dave did get going but missed a ball in the middle of the table and then both players could not keep any scores, Jeff winning a low scoring game.
Richard broke with 150 Tony going well left both balls short on 1200, both players then had lots of goes for not many points, with 3 minutes left the score was 2000 each then Tony got the break back as the bar fell and potted the last 6 whites from break position for the win.
Last game and best of the night saw Tony break off with 3470 (more than any had scored in the previous games) Chris not to be out done scored a methodical 4500,Tony trying a difficult fine shot took out the right hand peg giving Chris the break back. Chris rolled in 1200 Tony missed and Chris finished off with 950.
A good night and all games could have gone either way.

At the LHFA

A clean sweep for the home team getting the highest team score of the season with over 44k.

Barry has the best score of the night with 14,310 which was only short of the Tier A Highest Home Score by 350.

In Tier B, Michael went one better to go ahead in the same competition with 9,360.

Lee continues his winning streak and id the clear leader in the Tier A Aggregate wins

At the Copnor

First game was a close affair - Bob had worked himself into a winning position - but then missed an easy ball into the 50 hole - Connor got break back and managed to win the game with it - 4120 - 3510.

Mike easily beat Pete who had three breaks and failed each time to leave one up - leaving them short -. Mike made him pay by banging a 8k+ break - final score 11380 - 2630.

Graham was third up against Harry. Harry played a steady game to beat Graham convincingly - 2000 - 7340.

Billy played Pat - neither could get break back - but BIlly played the top of the table better than Pat - winning 2310 - 1240.

In the final game, Paul played Stuart - who made 5k on his opening break - but scored little after that - Stuart won 5420 - 1780.
